Socrates have been appointed to develop a new website for the 294 apartment tower, Pioneer Point, being built in Ilford and due for completion next year. Probably the best specified residential complex in the area, it includes retail elements on the ground floor and includes, car parking and concierge services. The new website is due to go live in May along with an on-line newsletter also being created by Socrates. Apr 2010
